Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. In the event of early departure, the room will be charged until the agreed day.

Reservation
The reservation is only valid after a booking confirmation and a deposit paid.

We only accept cash payment in Euro.

The correct processing of online bookings takes place via the booking platform of the Tourismusverband Paznaun - Ischgl. This booking form is integrated into this website with SSL encryption.
Cancellation options
Cancellations are only valid in written form and will be charged as follows:
- Cancellations made after the booking date will be charged the deposit paid
- Cancellation, less than 1 month before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount
- “No Show”, ‘earlier departure’, the full amount will be charged
